At Aurelia, every piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are personalised and created specifically for each customer, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

We kindly ask that all details provided at the time of ordering including spelling, dates, and personalisation requests are carefully checked before submission, as these cannot be amended once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your item arrives with a fault or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
