At Aurelia, we pride ourselves on creating the highest quality personalised products, each thoughtfully designed and finished by hand.

Production Times

Personalised & Bespoke Items
As all personalised pieces are handmade to order, we currently operate on a 7–10 working day turnaround. All personalised items will be completed and dispatched within this timeframe.

Non-Personalised Items
Items that do not require personalisation will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Please note that working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. We always recommend allowing sufficient time when placing your order, particularly during busy periods.

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be shipped via Royal Mail on the delivery service you select at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been sent, allowing you to follow its journey.
